Hello, I'm Sarah

And there's a reason the

Food Confidence Framework exists...

Consistency is the most underrated midlife nutrient.

I didn't arrive at that conclusion from a textbook.

I arrived at it after working with women who knew exactly what they should be eating.

Women who were intelligent, motivated and health-conscious.

But these women were stuck.

Not because they lacked knowledge or drive.

But because they couldn't find a way of eating they could sustain.

And without consistency, nothing else matters.

Not protein.

Not calories.

Not supplements.

Because no strategy works long enough to deliver results if you can't repeat it.

That's when I realised that consistency is what matters.

But it isn't created by more rules.

It's created by reducing the mental load of eating.

I built the Food Confidence Framework to do exactly that.
