I help people rediscover the joy and benefits of eating well—for energy, health, and an all-round ability to thrive.


My journey into the world of nutrition has been shaped by science, lived experience, curiosity, and a good dose of instinct.

 

Like many, I’ve had my own struggles with food. For years, I was caught in a cycle of grazing, energy crashes and weight gain. I clung to the calorie model, believing I could out-exercise my mid-afternoon chocolate button habit. How wrong I was.


That turning point led me to seek out answers—not just for myself, but eventually for others too, starting with my young children and extending to clients looking for change.

 

I retrained as a nutrition coach, building on my biochemistry degree and years of teaching chemistry. What I uncovered challenged much of what we’ve been told about food. The truth is, nutrition is far more complex and far more powerful than any label or calorie count can show.


When we feel low in our mood, energy levels and experience things such as poor sleep quality or skin break-outs, we often look in the wrong places for answers.  We turn to expensive supplements and the latest fads for remedies, overlooking the value and power of the food we eat.  By simply getting what we eat right, we can feel huge benefits, showing up in our energy levels, focus, resilience and our health.

 

When we understand how food really works in the body, we’re empowered to make decisions that support long-term health, not just short-term fixes.


And so I help people do just this. I immerse myself in nutritional science, connecting the dots between research and real-life. I guide people on their food journeys with empathy, evidence and support to turn the dial on their eating habits, creating healthier trajectories for the long-term.


Food has the power to help us thrive, and I’m here to help you find your way, whatever your starting point might be.

In today’s world, we’re surrounded by loud marketing campaigns, packaged promises, and quick-fix solutions. The simplicity of real nourishment is often drowned out, and many of us have simply lost consciousness when it comes to our food choices. I believe that food should fuel us, empower us, and serve us for the long run, not just for the next trend or target weight.

Eating well isn’t a product. It’s not a fad, a cleanse, or a complicated set of rules.
It’s a concept. A rhythm. A way of living that supports our energy, our mood, our focus, and our futures.

I reconnect people with the art of eating well – not just for today’s quick wins, but to build habits that feel good tomorrow, next month, and years from now. Watching people reclaim confidence, clarity, and calm through food is what drives me every day.
